We sometimes think we will get to a ‘place’ in life where life becomes easier but that is just not true. Your entire life will be full of ups and downs, the best of moments and the worst of moments, beautiful news and heavy news. There is no destination and the journey will be ever changing.

It all starts with your breath.
When you learn how to control your breath, you can control your life. Learning how to access the greatest tool that you already possess grants you the power to calm your body and mind so that you are not living in a constant state of survival.
Once you are able to relax your body through the power of your breath, you can move more freely letting go of tension and stress.
Yoga is for EVERY body.
You only get one body and one mind in this life so how you take care of them both will affect the quality of your overall life. Breathing, twisting, stretching, folding, reaching, balancing…you can do that.
It’s not about how it looks, it's about how it feels and how it assists your body and brain functioning at optimal health.
